Shipping policy

At Canvas by Priyank & Khushboo (Canvas by PK), every artwork is carefully crafted and handled with the utmost attention to detail. Since most of our pieces are original artworks or made-to-order, we ask for your patience while we create and ship your painting with love.

Processing & Creation Time

  • Original artworks and commissions: Typically take 7-9 Days to complete before shipping.

We will keep you updated on the progress of your commission and notify you once your order is ready to ship.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship worldwide using reliable courier partners.

Approximate delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Domestic (India): 5-7 business days
  • International: 10–12 business days

Please note: Customs clearance times may vary by country and are beyond our control.

Packaging

All artworks are securely packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

  • Commissioned pieces on canvas are shipped stretched and ready to hang, often with a complimentary wooden floater frame where specified.
  • Smaller artworks on paper are shipped flat or rolled in protective tubes, depending on size and safety.

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic (India): Free shipping on all orders.
  • International: 

    Free shipping on orders over ₹50,000 INR
    (Approximately USD $545)

    Orders below ₹50,000 INR will be charged ₹8,000 INR
    (Approximately USD $87)

Important Note: All prices are displayed in your local currency for convenience. The final charge and checkout will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your shipment until it safely arrives at your doorstep.

Damages & Returns

We want you to love the artwork you receive.

  • If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and artwork. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
  • Eligible artworks (non-custom, non-sale items) can be returned within 14 days of delivery if you’re not satisfied, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
  • Custom commissions, personalised artworks, sale/discounted items, and digital products are non-returnable except in cases of damage or error on our side.
