Refund policy

We want you to be happy with the artwork you bring into your home. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We have a 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return for eligible items. Since each piece is handmade and one of a kind, an exchange usually means we have to recreate the artwork from scratch and ship it again. So we kindly request you to raise an exchange only when truly necessary, and please share clear photos and, if possible, an unboxing video so we can help you quickly.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The artwork must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, undamaged).
  • It must be in its original packaging or similar secure packaging.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 3 days if:

  • the artwork is damaged,
  • you received the wrong item, or
  • there is any issue with the quality of the piece,

so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

For damaged or incorrect items, we will either replace the artwork (if possible) or issue a full refund, including standard shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you would like a different artwork, the fastest way is to:

  • Request a return for the item you have (if it is eligible), and
  • Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new artwork you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or credit card company may take a few extra days to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@canvasbypk.com.
